All Aboard for Freedom! Freedom is the mighty engine driving the American Express onward and upward for the sake of family and faith. On July 4th, 1776, the 56 brave signers of the Declaration of Independence courageously answered the call to be All Aboard for Freedom. Their passion for liberty ignited the American Express and continues to inspire generations to be “All Aboard for Freedom, Family, and Faith” yet today. “Now the Lord is the Spirit; & where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty” (2 Corinthians 3:17 NKJV).
All Aboard for Family! Freedom is at the heart of faithful family life. Generations have sought to raise their families here in America because of the freedom to do so according to their faith. “Through wisdom a house is built, and by understanding it is established” (Proverbs 24:3 NKJV). The “Author of Liberty” is the Almighty GOD of the Bible, the Lord Jesus Christ, who designed the family to be a married dad and mom bringing up their children together in love. His all-wise design for the home reaps the richest blessings and delivers the greatest fulfillment. When people are “All Aboard for Family” as GOD designed it, kids thrive, peace abounds, and communities flourish. “Unless the LORD builds the house, they labor in vain who build it” (Psalm 127:1 NKJV).
All Aboard for Faith! Freedom that endures forever and wisely builds families only comes from faith in the Almighty God of the Bible, the Lord Jesus Christ. He is the Creator whose commands we broke and are therefore deserving of judgment forever in hell. “For all have sinned & fall short of the glory of God” (Romans 3:23 NKJV). “Sinned” means that we have missed the mark or standard of God’s perfect holiness. It is anything we think, say, or do that breaks God’s law or makes Him sad. Have you ever lied, stolen, used God’s name as a cuss word, or looked at someone with lustful desire? Everyone has in some way and is guilty before Almighty GOD. “For the wages of sin is death” (Romans 6:23 NKJV). “Anyone not found in written in the Book of Life was cast into the lake of fire” (Revelation 20:15 NKJV).
The Almighty GOD of the Bible Himself, the Lord Jesus Christ, “came into the world to save sinners” (1 Timothy 1:15 NKJV). He did so in love by paying the ticket price needed for people everywhere to have the opportunity to answer the call to be “All Aboard for Faith.” The Lord Jesus “Christ died for our sins…He was buried, and that He rose again the third day” (1 Corinthians 15:3-4 NKJV). His blood purchased total forgiveness of sins and forever spiritual life for everyone but it does not apply to you unless your faith alone is placed in Christ as your Savior. “Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and you will be saved” (Acts 16:31 NKJV).
